We are excited to be recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist to work either full time or part time across Grand Union PCN.
The role of the Clinical Pharmacist in primary care is hugely varied and challenging. We meet regularly with our practices to ensure the Pharmacists have clear workplans and objectives. This has been hugely successful in ensuring we are using individuals skills, delivering on the GP contracts, and supporting the practices as needed.
