Livi becomes first digital healthcare provider rated Outstanding by CQC

Our partner Livi has become the first digital healthcare provider in England to be rated
Outstanding by the CQC.
The Livi GP service allows our patients to access safe and effective healthcare through their
tablets or smartphones, when and where they need to, seven days a week.
This rating shows that Livi offers safe, effective and responsive care, and allows us to offer
our patients access to high-quality digital healthcare when and where they need it, alongside
our in-person appointments.
Dr Harriet Bradley, Livi UK Medical Director, said: “Giving people better access to high
quality care is what drives us, and this Outstanding rating means patients can be assured
they are receiving the highest standard of care from their Livi GP.”
